We accept returns only under the conditions outlined below.

 

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery provided that:

 

- The jewellery has not been worn

- The item is returned in its original packaging

- The item is in resalable condition

 

 

Any jewellery showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing packaging will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, worn jewellery cannot be returned or refunded.

 

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us before sending the item back. Unauthorised returns will not be processed.

 

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

 

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty upon arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs.
